Dr. Diego Dougherty has dedicated his life to practicing sports surgery ethically and professionally with incredible dedication and passion. This has allowed him to make a name for himself in Guatemala’s medical field, and from day one he has done nothing but triumph. His career began when he was 18 years old and decided to enroll in Francisco Marroquin University, where years later he graduated as a surgeon. He later specialized in traumatology and orthopedics at the University of San Carlos, and finally subspecialized in arthroscopy and sports surgery at the University of Cleveland.
